Overview

These terms govern your use of the Joanne Timmis / Jo in the Making website and any purchases or bookings made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Products & Orders

All artwork, prints, and laser-etched pieces are handmade and may have slight variations from images shown. This is part of their charm and not a defect.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.

Events & Bookings

Event bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not happy with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Original artwork and bespoke commissions are non-returnable. Prints and laser-etched products can be returned in their original condition for a refund.

All content on this website, including artwork images, photography, text, and design, is the property of Joanne Timmis and may not be reproduced without permission.
